PDO Threading is a minimally invasive treatment that tightens sagging skin tissue and replaces lost volume by lifting and promoting collagen production.
During treatments, threads made of PDO (Polydioxanone) are introduced into the deeper layers of the skin. Once placed in the face, neck or body, these threads have 3 amazing effects on the skin:
Threads disappear through hydrolysis after six months. The lifted facial contours can remain for up to two years due to cellular rejuvenation effects.
PDO thread treatments are safe, and the side effects are generally very mild.

Cost: $10 per thread
Polydioxanone (PDO) threads are thinner-than-hair medical grade absorbable threads that lift and tighten sagging skin tissues. These threads are implanted into the subcutaneous layer of the skin using small needles or cannulas. Once the threads are inserted, the skin looks rejuvenated, filled and lifted.
This depends on the type of thread treatment and how large the area.
For example: Smooth threads for collagen building under eyes is about 20 minutes
The recovery time is quick. Most people who get this procedure done return to their normal activities after a day. Minor inflammation and bruising may occur in the first few days, but they usually resolve after a week.
The PDO threads dissolve after six to nine months, but their effects can last up to two years, thanks to the production of collagen.
